A Message from
As founder of Benjamin Capital Advisors, I have enjoyed a diverse and unique business career that has spanned decades. It has introduced me to and engaged me in many industries, positions and companies that experience, as many businesses do, cyclical degrees of success. For many reasons at various times some companies, though very profitable, have faced serious downturns and even imminent failure. Often, surprisingly simple solutions are required to solve complex problems.
During the 23 years that Benjamin Capital Advisors has been in practice, we have been engaged by more than seventy companies to assist them in achieving their objectives. These could involve turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, organic business development or, when necessary, orderly liquidation. We are often called to assist companies that are in serious financial and/or operating crisis. In some cases, to achieve our client’s objectives, bankruptcy filings or other legal proceedings are required. Most often, however, our clients realize higher levels of profitability and success as we apply our turnaround or crisis control principles.
While refinancing, seeking new capital sources and/or restructuring existing debt are often considered, our main focus at Benjamin Capital Advisors is to help guide you to turn around your company with your people. At the same time, we engage your existing creditors and new ones as well, to help finance the future success of your company. We act in many capacities as needed, often as a facilitator, partner or as a supportive mentor, assisting you to direct the change necessary for improved profitability.
